Access and manage my database

To access your database or database tools, you'll need to enter the database administrator user name and password you created when you set up your database. Please note that this user name and password is not the same as the Yahoo ID and password you use to sign in to your plan.

We recommend accessing your database using phpMyAdmin, a powerful database administration tool. Learn how to install phpMyAdmin.

To access your database through phpMyAdmin:

  1. Sign in to phpMyAdmin from your phpMyAdmin home page at http://www.yourdomain.com/subdirectory/, replacing yourdomain.com with your own domain name and subdirectory with the name of the site folder in which your phpMyAdmin files are installed.
  2. Enter the database user name and password and click Go.
