How can I reset my mailbox password?
Note: This content applies only to Yahoo Domains purchased prior to August 17th, 2004.
Your mailbox password is required to access your email account using MailSender or a POP email client. You can reset this password from the Manage Email page within your Domain Control Panel:
- Go to your Business Control Panel. (You may be prompted to enter your username and password.)
- Click the Domain Control Panel link for the domain you'd like to update.
- Click the Manage Email link.
- Follow the instructions on the page to reset your mailbox password.
