Unable to upload attachment

We are aware that some customers are having trouble uploading attachments using their Yahoo Business Mail account. If you are experiencing this issue, please make sure that you do not have the SSL mail option turned on for your free Yahoo Mail account. At this time the SSL feature, and Yahoo Business Mail are not currently compatible, and we are working on a resolution. To check to see if you have SSL enabled, and to disable it, follow these steps:

  1. In the upper right hand corner click on your name and select Options and then Mail Options, or depending on your version of mail you may have Options displayed in the upper left hand corner.
  2. Select the General tab on the left hand navigation bar.
  3. Uncheck the box for SSL.
  4. Click Save.
