Error - "There was a problem logging onto your mail server."
Your password may be incorrect if you receive the following error:
To test the password:
- Go to http://mail.yourdomain.com (replace yourdomain.com with your own domain).
- Log in with your Business Mail username and password.
- If your password works, update your password in your mail client.
- If your password doesn't work, request a new password: password request form.
