Why am I unable to forward my messages?

If you're having trouble receiving mail forwarded from your Yahoo Business Email account, there are a few things you should check.

  • Make sure that you've entered the correct address in the "Forward Yahoo Mail to another email address:" field. Check your forwarding information.

  • Check if there are filters set up in your email account that may be sending your Business Email messages to other folders instead of the Inbox.
