How do I create a new mailbox?
To create a new mailbox:
Log into the Email Control Panel
Click the "Add an Email User" link.

Enter the email address you'd like to create in the "Email Address" field. You may also enter a display name in the "Name" field. Then click the Next button.

Choose the type of access for the email:
If you want web access to the address, click the first radio button; you'll use a new Yahoo ID not already used with a Business Email address for the domain to activate the address.

If you will use only POP (Post Office Protocol) to access this new email, you can select the second option; you won't need a Yahoo ID to activate the address.

After choosing the type of access, click the Next button.

On the invitation page, enter the email address to send the invitation to.

If you prefer, you can print the invitation by clicking the "view and print the invitation" link.

A printer-friendly view of the invitation opens in a new window. Click the "Print" link at the upper right to print the document.

On the confirmation page, click Finish button to return to the Email Control Panel.

Be sure to assign mailboxes at your domain only to people you trust. Yahoo maintains a strict policy against spam and abuse and will suspend domain names that are associated with these types of behavior.
You are responsible for actions taken by anyone using an email address associated with your domain. If anyone using your domain is found to have violated the Yahoo Terms of Service in conjunction with a Business Mail plan, Yahoo reserves the right to suspend the domain and deactivate any mailboxes associated with it.
