How do I create a vacation response or automatic reply email?

Using the Yahoo interface, you can create an automatic reply to anyone who sends an email to your Business Email account by setting up a vacation response. You might want to set up this autoreply feature when you will be away and unable to respond to email for a short period.

To set up a vacation response
  1. Sign in to your Yahoo Business Email account.
  2. From the main Yahoo Business Mail page, click the Tools (gear) icon link in the upper-right corner of the page.

To create an alternate auto-response message: Click the checkbox for "Different response to emails from a specific domain". Enter one or two domains (e.g. ibm.net) in the "First domain" and, if you want, "Second domain" fields. Enter the alternate message in the "Message" field.
