Login loop: the sign-in box continues to reappear

Does the sign-in page reload, each time you try to sign-in? We know this can be frustrating. We're here to help.

Here are some things to try

  1. On the sign-in page, click Sign in as a different user. Once you're signed out, simply re-enter your ID and password.
  2. Clear your Internet Browser's Cache and Cookies. Close and reopen your browser and try to sign in again.
  3. Try a different sign-in page, for example:
  4. Access each of the above sign-in pages from a different browser or computer, to help eliminate the possibility of an issue with your computer or browser's settings.
  5. If you have another Yahoo ID, try signing in with that ID to see if you are experiencing the same issue with that ID as well.
