Automatically forward emails with Yahoo7 Mail

Your incoming emails can be delivered to Yahoo7 Mail, another email account, or both!

What is forwarding?

  • Mail forwarding sends a copy of incoming email to another email address you define.
  • You pick if you want Yahoo7 Mail to keep a copy or not.

Forwarding is disabled by default but can easily be turned on or off.

    • Store and forward - Email is saved to your account and sent to the forwarding address.
    • Forward only - All email is sent directly to the forwarding address.
    • Store and forward and mark as read - Email is saved to your account, marked as "Read," and sent to the forwarding address.
  6. Click Save.

Not receiving forwarded messages?

You can fix most forwarding issues by correcting settings in your Yahoo7 Mail account or the account the email is forwarded to.

+Check your settings

  • Check your forwarding settings in Yahoo7 Mail.
    • Use the Enable forwarding steps above to ensure "POP" is not selected.
    • Verify the correct destination address is entered.
  • Check the destination account's settings.
    • A filter in the destination account can cause the mail to arrive in an unexpected folder.
    • If the destination account has a storage limit, the limit might be reached.

If you need assistance with the destination account's settings, or if the issue persists, contact your destination account's online support or help files.
