Login loop: the sign-in box continues to reappear
Does the sign-in page reload, each time you try to sign-in? We know this can be frustrating. We're here to help.
Here are some things to try
- On the sign-in page, click Sign in as a different user. Once you're signed out, simply re-enter your ID and password.
- Clear your Internet Browser's Cache and Cookies. Close and reopen your browser and try to sign in again.
- Try a different sign-in page, for example:
- Access each of the above sign-in pages from a different browser or computer, to help eliminate the possibility of an issue with your computer or browser's settings.
- If you have another Yahoo ID, try signing in with that ID to see if you are experiencing the same issue with that ID as well.
