How can I change my billing credit card?

You can change the credit card to which your charges are billed. Follow the instructions below for the type of account which you have.

Yahoo Merchant Solutions merchants

To change your credit card information to different credit card:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. From the Business Control Panel, click the "Billing Information" link for your account.
  3. Click on the current payment method (credit/debit card number or PayPal) under the Payment Method column.
  4. Click the "Use A Different Payment Method" link.
  5. If the credit card you want to use is already in the Yahoo Wallet, select it from the list of cards available in the Yahoo Wallet. Otherwise, click the "Add a new payment method link" toward the bottom right of the Payment Methods page.
  6. Fill in the credit card information.
  7. Click the "Continue" button to finish.

Your credit card is now updated in our system.

Yahoo Store merchants

To change your credit card information to different credit card:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Store Manager.
  3. Click the "Account Info" link (see A figure 2).

4. Enter information for the new credit card in the Payment section (see figure 3).

5. Click the "Change" button when finished.

Note: If your account is past due or suspended, we will attempt to charge your credit card after we've received updated information. It may take 24 to 36 hours to reactivate the account once we successfully charge your card for past due fees.
