Update your credit card information for Rivals.com
Important - A Rivals.com account can only have 1 credit card associated with it at a time.
- Sign in to Rivals.com.
- Click your Username in the upper-right.
- Click the second instance of your Username that appears in the drop-down window.
- Click Billing.
- Enter your updated credit card information.
- Click Save.
If you still aren't able to access your site after updating the credit card, try refreshing the page or signing out of the account. If it's still not working, feel free to contact us:
- Visit the Rivals Help Page.
- Select Billing | Credit card info.
- Choose your preferred channel from the list of available contact methods.
