Fix Rivals sign in problems

If you can’t sign in to your Rivals account, it's often due to a cookie, username, or password error. No matter what the problem is, it can usually be fixed by trying a few troubleshooting steps.

Fix username or password issues

If you don't see the email sent to recover your username or password, check your spam folder.

If you forget your username:

  1. Go to the Rivals sign in page.
  2. Under the "Sign In" button, click Forgot your username.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Rivals account.
  4. Click Email Username.

If you forget your password:

  1. Go to the Rivals sign in page.
  2. Under the "Sign In" button, click Forgot your password.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Rivals account.
  4. Click Email Password.
  5. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Fix other sign in issues

If you're getting other error messages or are sent back to the sign in screen, it's possible you need to update your cookie settings. For Rivals to work properly, your browser must be set to accept all cookies.
