Get help with an unrecognized charge from Yahoo

Have you noticed an unrecognized charge from Yahoo? We can help with that, but here are some things you can do first that may help you resolve the issue.

Check your statement

Check your statement to determine if the charge came from Yahoo by reviewing the complete list of subscriptions and products we offer to find the one that matches the charge.

Review your Yahoo billing history

Review your billing history on the My Subscriptions page to check if the charge came from your account.

Keep in mind:

  • You may need to check the history of any other accounts you have.
  • If you're unsure whether you have any other accounts, use the Sign-in Helper.
  • Ask the members of your household to check their accounts by going to the My Subscriptions page. Paid subscriptions associated with the account that's logged in will appear on this page.
