About in-app purchases for Rivals
Rivals subscriptions can be purchased through the app. Since your subscription is an in-app purchase, it is managed through the device's app store, not through your Rivals account.
You can update your billing info through the app store:
If you have any billing concerns, such as requesting a refund, you'll need to contact your device's app store directly for more info.
If your Rivals Subscription isn’t showing in the Rivals app, you can restore your purchase in the app. Be sure you're signed into the app store with the Apple or Google ID that you originally used to purchase the subscription before doing the following steps.
- Open the Rivals app.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Restore subscription.
- Tap Restore Purchase.
