The GIF will be inserted wherever your cursor is placed in the email message.

1. Click Compose.
2. Click the GIF icon .
3. Search for a specific GIF or browse by category.
4. Mouse over the GIF you want to use.
5. Click the GIF to insert it in your email.

Emojis are always a good idea if you want you're message to look friendly.

2. Click the Emoji icon .
3. Select the emoji.

Attach computer files

1. Click Compose.
2. Click the Attach Files icon .
3. Locate and select the file to attach.
4. Click Open.

The file attaches itself below the email.

Share files from cloud storage.

1. Click Compose.
2. Click the Attach Files icon .
3. Select share files from Google Drive or Dropbox.
4. Locate and select the file you want to share.
5. Select Ok to insert a shareable link.

Experiencing difficulty when attaching a file? Here are a few common issues:

• Special characters - remove special characters from the title and try again.
• Unsupported web browser - make sure you're using a supported web browser.
• Large file size - emails can't exceed 25MB, if you need to attach a file over 25MB use the option to share files from Google Drive or Dropbox.
• Some file types present a security risk - we don't support a variety of file formats, such as .bat, .cmd, .exe, .hta, .iso, .jar, .lnk, .msi, .scr, and .vbs, because they are often used to distribute malware.
