Message 'Mobile Locked' received when you log into Yahoo

As a security safeguards on your account the "Mobile Locked" message is displayed on the mobile sign-in page whenever someone has made multiple failed attempts to sign in to your Yahoo ID using a mobile device, just sign in to your Yahoo ID from a computer to lift the security block.

  1. On a desktop computer, go to the Yahoo sign-in page.
  2. If you're already signed in you'll have to sign out first.
  3. Enter your Yahoo ID and password.
  4. Click Sign In.
  5. Sign in to your Yahoo ID using your mobile device.
