Password still doesn't work on a mobile device

Clear security settings conflicts

  1. Sign in to your Yahoo Mail account from a desktop computer.
  2. Mouse over the Menu icon Gear Icon | select Account Info.
    - For your account's security, you'll be asked to enter your password again.
  3. Click Sign In.
  4. Click Recent Activity
  5. Go to Apps connected to your account.
  6. Click Remove next to any entries listed for Yahoo for your mobile device. 
  7. Sign in to your Yahoo Mail account on your mobile device.
