Update your payment info
Yahoo Mail Pro for mobile only
Your billing info is managed through the app store, not from your Yahoo Mail account.
Yahoo Mail Pro for desktop web browser and Yahoo Mail app
- Go to Yahoo Mail Payments.
- Click Edit payment method by the current payment method.
- Enter your new card info.
- Click Add payment method.
- Alternatively, click Set as default if you already have another card on file.
Cancel your Yahoo Mail Pro subscription
Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with Yahoo Mail Pro for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your initial monthly or annual subscription purchase or annual renewal and request a refund. One refund per customer. This refund policy only applies to purchases made via https://payments.mail.yahoo.com. If you purchased Yahoo Mail Pro via App Store or Google Play, their respective refund policies apply to your purchase.
From the Yahoo Mail app
- Tap the Profile icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Manage subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to finish canceling the service.
From the desktop web browser
- Go to Yahoo Mail Payments.
- Click Cancel Service.
- Follow the onscreen steps to finish canceling the service.
Check your billing history - Yahoo Mail Pro billing history is found in Yahoo Mail Payments. Yahoo Mail Pro on mobile billing history is managed by your device's app store.
