Sort emails to organize your inbox

Using the sort feature, you can organize your email to fit your needs. Options vary based on if the Conversations feature is turned on or off.

  1. From the inbox, click Sort by.
  2. Choose how you want your emails organized:
    • Conversations enabled - Sort by date, unread, attachments, or starred items.
    • Conversations disabled - Any of the above, plus sender and subject.
