Clearing the Security Breach Alert

If you're contacting us because you're unable to clear the security breach alert, click the X in the upper-right hand corner or press the escape key on your keyboard to clear the message. This should clear the alert and allow you to view your mail.

Set your browser to accept cookies

If you're unable to stay signed in to Yahoo, check that your browser is set to accept cookies. A cookie is a small piece of information stored by your browser to help identify you. Many Yahoo products use cookies to keep you signed in as you move from page to page, among other things. If your browser is set to reject all cookies automatically, you won't be able to sign in to some Yahoo products. Instead, you may see an error message.
