Turn Conversations on or off in the Yahoo Mail app

The Conversations feature reduces clutter by grouping sent and received messages of the same subject line into a single email thread. You can turn Conversations on to combine related emails, or off to view each email message individually.

Turn Conversations on or off for iOS

  1. Tap the Profile icon.
  2. Tap Settings Image of the Settings Icon.
  3. Under "Message List," swipe the "Conversations" slider right to turn Conversations on, or left, to turn Conversations off.
  4. Tap Done to save your preference.

Turn Conversations on or off for Android

  1. Tap the Profile icon.
  2. Scroll to the bottom, then tap Settings Image of the Settings Icon.
  3. Swipe the "Conversations" slider right to turn Conversations on, or left, to turn Conversations off.
