Manage My Subscriptions

If your credit card expired, the number changed, or you want to view activity or cancel your subscription, you can do that on the My Subscriptions page.

Download your data

View and print your statement

Your Billing Statement will show all your subscription charges in My Subscriptions.

  1. Sign in to My Subscriptions.
  2. Hover over My Wallet | Click View My Bill.
  3. Select the date you want to see.

  Need a hard copy of your bill? Print your statement by clicking the Print statement button.

Cancel a subscription

  1. Sign in to My Subscriptions.
  2. Under the subscription you want to cancel, click Manage.
  3. Click Cancel.
  4. Select a reason for your cancellation.
  5. Click Cancel my subscription.

Change your payment

  1. Sign in to My Subscriptions.
  2. Under the subscription you want to change, click Manage.
  3. Click Change Payment.
  4. Choose Edit payment method to update your existing card payment, or click Add credit or debit card or PayPal to enter a different payment method.
  5. Enter your info and click Submit.

Delete your payment info

To delete your debit or credit card info, you first need to cancel all your subscriptions in My Subscriptions.

  1. Sign in to My Subscriptions.
  2. Mouse over My Wallet | Click Payment Method.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click OK.

Manage in-app purchases

Subscriptions purchased using your device's mobile app store, like the App Store or Google Play Store, are managed by the app store provider. Find out how to update payment information or cancel your subscription.

Do you share my information with 3rd parties?

With the purchase of your subscription, you are subject to and agree with Yahoo's terms and conditions, and privacy policy. You are also subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policy for each product vendor that is part of subscription as your data may be provided by and/or shared with a third party vendor.
