Unable to open or download files

There are a couple of ways to fix problems with file downloads, depending on how you're accessing Yahoo Groups.

Via the Yahoo Groups website

  1. Try to download the file using a different web browser.
  2. Temporarily disable any anti-virus, anti-spyware, or firewall programs (don't forget to re-activate them when you're done).

Via email

  1. Try to download the file using the Yahoo Groups website.
  2. Forward the email to an account with a different email provider, then try to open it from the other account.
  3. Temporarily disable any anti-virus, anti-spyware, or firewall programs (don't forget to re-activate them when you're done).

  Errors: If you're seeing an error when trying to open a file you've already downloaded, you may not have the program necessary to open the file. For more details about the file type and how to open it, contact the group member who posted the file.
