We are aware of a third-party bug causing Android apps to crash. To resolve this issue update Android System Webview and Google Chrome apps in Google Play.

Add two-step verification for extra security

Enable two-step verification to require a code (in addition to your password) any time a login attempt is made from a new device or browser. We'll send you a text or call you with a new code that needs to be entered at sign-in. The phone number we contact you with may be different each time.

Enable 2-step verification

  1. Sign in to your Account Security page.
  2. Next to "2-step verification," click Turn on 2SV.
  3. Click Get started.
  4. Select Phone number for your 2-step verification method.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.

Disable 2-step verification

  1. Sign in to your Account Security page.
  2. Next to "2-step verification," click Manage.
  3. Click Yes, turn off.
