Manage past news feed content preferences

Everyone has different interests, so no two Yahoo news feeds should be the same. That's why the more that you like or dislike news topics on Yahoo, the more personalized Yahoo will become.

Since your interests can change over time, we've made it easy to remove your past likes or dislikes in your account's "Content preferences" so Yahoo will evolve with you.

Remove likes and dislikes

Remove a like

  1. Go to your Account Info page.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Click Content preferences.
  4. In your "Likes" list, mouse over any topic, then click the Remove Like button.

Remove a dislike

  1. Go to your Account Info page.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Click Content preferences.
  4. In your "Dislikes" list, mouse over any topic, then click the Remove Dislike button.

Soon after you've removed a like or dislike, you'll start to see less content about that topic in your news feeds.
