Add, edit, or remove roster positions post-draft

League commissioners can make some changes post-draft to roster positions. For what they can't do, we can help with.

Add active and non-active roster positions

Non-active roster positions such as bench (BN), not active (NA), or positions reserved for injured players (IR, IR+, or IL) can be added at any time.

  1. From Yahoo Fantasy, mouse over Fantasy | select a sport.
  2. Select the league you want to edit.
  3. Click the Commissioner tab.
  4. Click the Rosters & Scoring tab.
  5. Click Edit Roster Positions.
  6. Make your selections for each non-active position.
  7. Click Save.

Note - After adding a non-active roster position they will NOT be able to be removed without resetting the draft. Be certain you would like to add one of these positions before you finalize the change!

For active positions to be added you'll need to contact us with the following info:

I'd like to have [enter roster position] to total [number] for league# [enter League ID#].
