Fix sign-in problems on Rivals.com

If you can't sign in to your Rivals.com account, it could be due to an old cookie, or an outdated or incorrect password. 

Username and password errors

If you forget your username

  1. Visit the Rivals.com sign in page.
  2. Under the "Sign In" button, click Forgot your username?
    - The "Forgot Username?" page displays.
  3. Enter the email address you signed up for your Rivals.com account with.
  4. Click Email Username.

You'll receive an email with your Rivals.com username at the address you provided.

If you don't see the email after a few minutes, check the Spam or Junk mail folder in your email account.

If you forget your password

  1. From Rivals.com, click  Sign In.
  2. Under the "Sign In" button, click Forgot your password?
    - The "Forgot Password?" page displays.
  3. Enter the email address you signed up for your Rivals.com account with.
  4. Click Reset Password.

You'll receive an email at the address you provided with a link to change your password. Click the link and you'll be taken to the Rivals "Change your password" page.

Keep in mind - Rivals passwords need to be a minimum of 9 characters with at least 1 number.

Unable to stay signed in

If you're getting a cookie error or sent back to the "Sign In" screen with no error message, it's possible your user cookie isn't being set properly by your internet browser.

To use Rivals.com, your browser must be set to accept all cookies.

Can't sign in with updated username or password
