When can I file a claim?

There is a 30-day waiting period, which begins on the date of your enrollment, before you may file a claim.

How does the claim process work?

For cracked screen repair, you can request an on-site appointment, carry-in to the nearest uBreakiFix store location (over 500 locations nationwide), or you can mail in your phone for repair and return.

Claims require you to mail the device in so that it can be replaced or you can be reimbursed for it.

Before calling to file a claim after your 30-day waiting period, please have the following information ready:
  • Date of incident
  • Most recent wireless phone bill
  • Description of the issue with the phone
  • Yahoo email address associated with your subscription
  • The phone's make, model, color, and storage size (i.e. Apple iPhone XR, Red, 12 GB)
  • IMEI # (International Mobile Equipment Identity number, a 15-digit number unique to each device)
For assistance with finding any of the requested information about your mobile phone, please contact your mobile carrier or manufacturer.
