Create, join, leave, or delete a Tourney Pick’em group in the Android Yahoo Fantasy app

Groups allow you to compete with family, friends, co-workers, or the public for the most points earned from your Tourney Pick’em bracket selections. Play in a Public Group (open to anyone), a Private Group (invite only), or a "Fans of" Group (Public Groups that share enthusiasm for the same team or player).

Create a Tourney Pick'em group

Tap the Games tab at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down to Tourney Pick’em.
Tap Create a bracket.
Enter a group name.
If you choose to require a password, tap Enter a password to create a passphrase.
Tap CREATE.

Join a Tourney Pick'em group

Join a private group

Tap the Games tab at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down and tap Tourney Pick’em.
Tap Join Group.
Tap Search.
Enter group ID to locate group.
Enter password if required.
Tap Join Pool.
Select a bracket to use in the group.
Your group will show up on your Tourney Pick'em home screen.

Join a "Fans of" group

Tap the Games tab at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down and tap Tourney Pick’em.
Tap Play Now.
Tap Join Group.
Tap Fans | Join.
Choose a bracket to use.
Your group will show up on your Tourney Pick'em home screen.

Leave or delete a Tourney Pick'em group

Leave a group

To completely remove yourself from the game, use the following steps for each private group you're in. It's not possible to remove your bracket from public groups.

Tap the Games tab at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down and tap Tourney Pick’em.
Tap the group you'd like to leave.
In the upper right side of the screen, tap the Group settings icon .
Tap Leave Group.

Delete a group

Only a Commissioner can delete a group. First, remove everyone from the group using your commish tools. Then follow the steps to leave the group to finish deleting.
