Enable automatic email forwarding in New Mail for Desktop

Upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus or subscribe to Access + Forwarding to use the email forwarding feature in your Settings. Automatic forwarding sends a copy of incoming messages from your Yahoo Mail account to another email address. 

  Not available in all locales - If the option isn't listed in your account, it's not available at this time.

  1. Click Settings Image of the Settings icon. | click More Settings Image of the More icon..
  2. Click Mailboxes.
  3. Click the primary mailbox account.
  4. Under Forwarding, enter the Forwarding Address.
  5. Click Verify.
  6. Log in to your forwarding address and follow the instructions sent there.
