Accessing a Sub-Account’s Mail

Each sub-account that you create has its own mailbox (including permanent folders), Verizon Yahoo! Contacts, and spam protection settings. The only way to access a sub-account’s mail is to sign in using the account’s Verizon Yahoo! Username and password.

Tip: It is not possible to access mail in a Verizon Yahoo! sub-account by popping the mail into another Yahoo! account.

Here’s How

  1. Go to the Verizon Yahoo! Mail page in a browser.

  2. If you are signed in to an account other than the one whose mail you want to check, sign out by clicking the Sign Out link near the top of the page.

  3. If necessary, click the Sign In to Verizon Yahoo! button.

  4. To sign in to the sub-account, type the account’s user name and password, then click the Sign In button.

Type the sub-account's Verizon Yahoo! email address and password, then click the Sign In button.

  5. The email page for the sub-account now appears in the browser.

What’s Next

You can delete sub-accounts when they are no longer needed.
