Searching for Content

If you can’t find what you want by browsing our content gallery, you can search for content. The results list content from the gallery, and searching is sometimes the fastest way to find it.

 

Here’s How

  1. View the tab to which you want to add content by clicking its name in the tab bar.

    Click the tab.

  2. Open the content gallery by clicking Add Content.

    Click Add Content.

  3. Type keywords in the search box found on the upper-right side of the gallery, then click the spyglass icon.

  4. Scroll through the content by clicking the next and previous buttons at the bottom of the gallery.

  5. When you see content that you want on your tab, click the Add button or anywhere over the content description.

    Click the content to add it.

    Tip: If you see Added next to content, you know that the content has already been added to the current tab.

  6. When you’ve added the content you want, click the I’m Done button.

What’s Next

As you can see, you can customize My Yahoo! to include subject-specific tabs rich with content. Once you do, you’ll have all the information you like to track without ever leaving My Yahoo!...well, hardly ever.
