Opening Yahoo! Mail Your Way

• You can read and send email through Yahoo! Mail’s Web site using any Web browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox.

• You can read, send, and manage your email from anywhere in the world as long as you have a computer with an Internet connection.

It’s easy to open your Yahoo! Mail using a Web browser.

Here’s How

1. Make sure that the computer you’re using is connected to the Internet.

2. Open a Web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Safari, or Firefox.

3. Open your Yahoo! Mail in one of the following ways:

   • Type the following in your browser’s address box:

     mail.yahoo.com

   • Or, if you have the Yahoo! Toolbar installed in your browser, click the Mail button.

     

     

     Tips:
     
     If you don’t see the Mail button, you can add it to the toolbar. For more information see the Using the Yahoo! Toolbar With Internet Explorer tutorial or the Using the Yahoo! Toolbar With Mozilla Firefox tutorial.
     
     If you don’t have the Yahoo! Toolbar and would like to install it, go to toolbar.yahoo.com in your browser and download it now. You’ll be able to access all of your favorite Yahoo! products with just the click of a button!

   If you haven’t already signed in, the Yahoo! Mail sign in page opens.

4. On the sign-in page, type your Yahoo! ID and password, then click the Sign In button.
