Processing Credit Card Orders Offline

If your store is not set up for online credit card processing, you can still obtain your order information from your Order Manager in several different ways, and then use that information to process your orders through your own point-of-sale credit card processing terminal.

To process credit card transactions offline:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Store Manager.
  3. Click the "Orders" link under the Process column.
  4. Choose a method of getting the order information:

  1. View—enter the order number you wish to view and click the "View" button to see the individual order page.
  2. View (range)—enter a start and end range order number and click the "View" button. The range of orders you entered will be displayed on one page.
  3. Print—enter a start and end range order number and click the "Print" button. Click the download link on the page that follows. You can select from different formats (PDF, PDF for Acrobat 2.0, or HTML).
  4. Export (Merchant Solutions Standard and Professional only) —enter a start and end range order number, select an export file format and click the "Export" button. Click to download the appropriate file(s) on the page that follows.
  5. Import (Merchant Solutions Standard and Professional only)— Click to batch import tracking numbers from a UPS WorldShip file. Learn more.
  1. Use the order information to process the order using your existing credit card terminal as with phone orders or other card-not-present transactions.
