Resetting the Pop-Up Counter

Pop-Up Blocker automatically keeps a count of the pop-up windows that it’s blocked since you last reset the counter. You can see this count as a tooltip when you hold the cursor over the Pop-Up Blocker button.

The tooltip shows you the number of blocked pop-up windows.

You can reset the counter.

 

Here’s How

  1. Select Total Pop-Ups Blocked from the Pop-Up Blocker menu on the Yahoo! Toolbar.

    Select Total Pop-Ups Blocked from the menu.

  2. Click Yes in the box that appears to confirm that you want to reset the counter of total blocked pop-ups to zero.

    Click Yes in the Pop-Up Blocker confirmation box.

    The Pop-Up Blocker counter now shows that zero pop-ups have been blocked.

    The counter shows that zero pop-ups have been blocked.
