If you can’t find what you want in our App gallery, you can create your own App button that links to a Web page of your choice.
Tip: You might want to check your settings to see if you’re saving your changes locally or to your Yahoo! account. If you save them to your account, you can use your customized Toolbar on any computer.
Open the My Apps edit tab. (Remind me how.)
Click Create a custom app at the bottom of the category list.

Tip: You’ll also find this feature under the My Custom Apps category.
The Create a custom app window opens.

Type the Website address (URL), then press the Tab key.

Type the Name. The name appear as the button label in the Toolbar.

We’ll check the URL you typed to see if the site offers a graphic icon. If not or you don’t care for what is offered, you can choose one from the Icon gallery at the bottom of the window

Click the Save button.

Your customized App button appears in My Apps and is added to the My Custom Apps category.


Click the I’m Done button.

If you want to edit a custom App, open the My Custom Apps category, click Edit to the right of the App, then make your modifications in the displayed window.
