Viewing a Slideshow
If the photo panel has lots of photos, you can view a slideshow. The slideshow is for your eyes only; your contact continues to see one photo, unless he’s also viewing a slideshow. Even still, the slideshows are independent of each other.
Here’s How
On the photos panel, click the start button to the left of the slidebar.
The slideshow begins with whichever photo is displayed and moves to the right, displaying each photo for a few seconds. The selection bar moves from left to right under the thumbnails to indicate which photo is displayed. When the last photo is displayed, the slideshow begins again.
To adjust the speed of the slideshow, click the arrow on the Speed pull-down menu, then select a new speed.
To stop the slideshow, click the stop button.

You can save one or all of the shared photos.
Words to Know
- Contact: a person with whom you interact; someone to whom you might want to send an email, instant message, or text message.
- Slide bar: control that allows you to scroll vertically through the thumbnail images in the Shared Photos side panel.
- Slideshow: a self-running presentation that displays larger versions of the photos, one at a time.
- Thumbnail: a small version of an image, often linked to a larger version.
