Inviting a Contact to Share Photos

You can share up to 300 photos while instant messaging your contact. Both you and your contact can contribute to the photos you share. Before sharing photos, you (or your contact) must invite the other to share.

Tip: You can’t share files with contacts outside the Yahoo! network, such as your Windows Live™ Messenger contacts and Pingbox™ visitors.

Here’s How

  1. Near the top of the conversation window, click the Photos button.

Click the Photos button to begin sharing photos.

A message tells you that you’ve invited your contact to share photos.
