Editing and Deleting Filters

In addition to creating new filters and modifying the order in which your filters are applied, you can edit and delete the existing filters.

 

Here’s How

  1. Go to your Yahoo! Mail Filters page. (Remind me how.)

  2. To edit a filter, select it from the filters list.

    The selected filter’s current definition appears to the right of the list.

  3. Make changes to any parts of the filter (name, conditions, destination folder), then click the Save Changes button.

    Click Save Changes

    The revised filter definition appears on the Mail Filters page when you select the filter in the filters list.

  4. To delete a filter, select it from the filters list, then click the Remove Filter button.

    Click the Remove button to delete the selected filter.

    The deleted filter is removed from the list and the total filter count decreases by one.
