Editing a Mail Account

You can edit almost any of the information associated with a non-Yahoo! account you’ve set up anytime. The only information that you can’t change is the verified email address.

Here’s How

  1. Go to the Mail Accounts page in Yahoo! Mail. (Remind me how.)

  2. Select the mail account that you want to edit from the list of accounts.

Select the mail account to edit.

Details about the account appear on the right side of the page.

You can edit all account information except the verified address.

  3. Make your changes to the current account information.

Tip: See Adding a Non-Yahoo! Mail Account if you need more information about what each account attribute is.

  4. Click the Save Changes button.

    Click Save Changes

Yahoo! Mail confirms that your changes have been saved.

The account changes have been saved.
