Sending a Message

Another very common thing you do with Yahoo! Mail is send new email messages.

 

Here’s How

  1. Open Yahoo! Mail. (Remind me how.)

  2. Click the Compose button.

    Click the Compose button.

    The Compose page appears.

  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to send the message to.

    Enter the email address.

  4. Enter the subject of the message—a few words to give the recipient an idea of what the message is about.

    Enter the subject.

  5. Enter the body of the message—the text that is the message you want to send.

    Enter the body text.

  6. When you finish writing and addressing your message, click the Send button.

    Click the Send button.

    Yahoo! Mail sends the message.
