Reading an Email Message

One of the most common things you do with Yahoo! Mail is to read your email messages. Each time you click the Check Mail button or click the Inbox link under Folders on the left side of the page, Yahoo! Mail displays the contents of your Inbox, including any new messages you have received.

 

Here’s How

  1. Open Yahoo! Mail. (Remind me how.)

  2. Click Inbox folder icon Inbox in the Folders list on the left side of the page.

    Click the Inbox link.

    Yahoo! Mail displays a list of the messages in your inbox.

  3. Click the subject of the message you want to read.

    Click the subject of the message you want to read.

    Yahoo! Mail displays the selected message.

 

What’s Next

You can reply to the message that you just read.
