Deleting a List

You can delete any list that you create. Deleting a list doesn’t delete its contacts. They remain in All Contacts and any other lists you may have added them to.

 

Here’s How

  1. View the list that you want to delete by clicking its name on the left.

  2. On the right side of the display, select Delete List from the Actions menu.

    Select Delete List from the Actions menu.

    A confirmation window opens.

  3. Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete button (your contacts won’t be deleted).

    The list is removed. Contacts that were in the list can be found in All Contacts and any other list to which they’ve been added.

 

What’s Next

If you want to delete your contacts and the list, first display the list and delete all of its contacts, then follow the steps above to delete the list.
