View the category from which you want to remove contacts. (Remind me how.)
Check the box next to each contact that you want to remove.
Tip: If you want to remove all contacts, click the box at the
top of the list to check all of the contacts.
Click the Remove From Category link on the right.
The category updates to show that contacts have been removed.
A list of categories opens. The categories that include the contact are checked.
Uncheck the categories from which you want to remove the contact.
Tip: You can also add the contact to a category through the Change link. Just check the box next to each category in which you want to add the contact, and then click the Done button.
Click the Done button.
The contact’s card updates with the revised set of categories.
You can easily view a category to see the contacts it includes.
