Unsharing a Calendar or List

How you unshare a calendar or list depends on how you’re sharing it.

  • If you’re sharing with specific individuals, you can remove one or all people from the sharing list, and the calendar or list is removed from their Yahoo! Calendar.

  • If you’re allowing public access to a calendar, you simply disable it.
 

Here’s How

  1. Right click the calendar or to do list that you want to stop sharing, then select Share from the menu.

    Right click a calendar or list, then select Share from the menu.

  2. Stop sharing the item in one or all of the following ways:

    • To stop sharing with individuals, click the minus button to the right of their email address in the Sharing & Permissions screen.

      Click the minus button.

    • To stop sharing a calendar with the public, choose the Disable Public Access option on the Public Access screen.

      Choose Disable Public Access.

  3. Click the Save button.
