Working With Multiple Calendars

Here’s How

In the Calendar list on the left, a colored box next to the calendar means that the calendar is visible. An empty box means that the calendar is hidden.

1. Click a calendar to hide or show it.

   

   In the following month view, all calendars are visible.

   

   By hiding all but the Sam calendar you can easily see Sam’s schedule.

   

What’s Next

You can edit calendars.
