Why Use Multiple Calendars?
Multiple calendar provide a way to organize your events into meaningful and manageable groups. You can view your events all at once, a few at a time, or one at a time depending on how you display your calendars.
Let’s say that the following is a typical month for you.
These events cover personal interests, work, your child’s events, family, and more. Look what happens when you group these events into their own color-coded calendars.
Does it make it easier to see related events? Yes. But more importantly, you can hide and show calendars so that you easily see what’s important at the moment. Want to see Sam’s events only? No problem, just show the Sam calendar.
