Quickly Adding Events

Here’s How

  1. If you’re viewing your calendar by month or year, click the date to display the time range (day and week formats always display the time range).

  2. Click the start time of the event and type the event name in the displayed box.

Select the start time of the event and type the event name.

  3. If the event is longer than 30 minutes, drag the bottom of the box to the end time.

Drag the bottom of the box to the end time.

  4. Press the Enter key on your keyboard to add the event to your calendar.

Press Enter to add the event to your calendar.
