When you add a page to your Yahoo! Bookmarks, you have the opportunity to define all of the bookmark properties, such as title, notes, and tags. You can change these properties at any time by editing the bookmark.
In the My Bookmarks tab of Yahoo! Bookmarks, display the folder containing the page you want to edit.

The folder and its pages display on the right.
Check the box to the right of the page you want to edit.

Click the Edit button.

Note: If you check more than one page, the Edit button changes to Edit Tags. You can edit the tags of one or more pages at a time. You can edit the properties of only one page at a time.
The Edit Bookmark area expands below the row of buttons.
You can change all but the page’s URL. Use the following as a guideline for changing or adding information.
Title—You can type your own title or let Yahoo! Bookmarks use the web site’s title or URL. The title displays in the Bookmarks button menu on the Yahoo! Toolbar and can be used when searching for a bookmark.
Notes—Describe in your own words the content of the bookmarked page. Yahoo! Bookmarks uses this text to locate the page when you search your bookmarks.
Tags—Type one or more tags. Tags are like keywords that you associate with a bookmark. Yahoo! Bookmarks uses tags to organize pages and to locate pages when you search your bookmarks. Make sure the Use tag option is checked (it is by default), then type one or more words in one or more tag boxes.
Quick List—If this is a site you visit often and would like to easily access, add the page to your Quick List by checking the box next to Add to Quick List.
Copy—Once you save a copy, you can’t remove it. This property cannot be edited.
You can move your bookmark from it’s current folder to a different folder. For more information, see the Organizing Your Yahoo! Bookmarks Into Folders tutorial.
